1. Immigration Application Services

Cancellation Before Submission: If the visa application has not yet been submitted to the respective consulate or embassy, you may cancel your service request. A processing fee of 10% will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancellation After Submission: Once the application has been submitted, no cancellations or refunds will be possible, as the visa application process is non-reversible after submission.

Incomplete or Incorrect Documents: If an application is canceled due to incomplete or incorrect documentation provided by the applicant, a service fee will be retained, and no refund will be issued.
2. Air Tickets & Travel Services

Air Ticket Cancellation: Air tickets are subject to the cancellation policy of the airline. Any refunds or cancellations will be processed in line with the airline’s policy, minus a service fee for our handling.

Refund Processing: Refunds for air tickets will depend on the airline's policy and may take up to 21 business days to process. Service fees are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Tickets: For tickets labeled "non-refundable" by the airline, no refunds will be issued.
3. Travel Insurance

Cancellation: Travel insurance can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no claims have been made or initiated. After 24 hours, the policy becomes non-refundable.

Refund Process: Refunds for travel insurance will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval of the cancellation.
4. General Terms for Refunds

Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval, depending on the payment method used.

Processing Fees: Any service-related refunds may be subject to processing fees that will be deducted before the refund is issued.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. In cases of bank transfer, the refund will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer.
5. Force Majeure

Non-Liability: Hatton Cross Immigration Services is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government policies, or pandemics. Refunds under such circumstances will be governed by the rules and policies of the respective service provider.
